Brett Eyford

The overarching theme of Dr. Brett Eyford’s research has been immuno-proteomics and diagnostic methods. His PhD focused on protein expression and biomarker discovery in tropical parasites.

More recently, he has been working on protein-receptor interactions involved with transcytosis across the blood-brain barrier. Dr. Eyford is now applying the revolutionary mass spectrometry-based, SISCAPA assay to the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease.
