On August 15, 2006, the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research launched MSFHR ApplyNet, a web-based application system.
MSFHR ApplyNet streamlines processes for applicants and enables MSFHR to do a better job of receiving, reviewing and tracking applications and their outcomes. This initiative also positions MSFHR for future electronic alignment with academic institutions and grant funding agencies provincially and nationally.
MSFHR ApplyNet has been developed in partnership with MSFHR's equivalent agency in Quebec, Fonds de la Recherche en Santé du Québec (FRSQ). FRSQ has successfully used this grants management system in Quebec for several years.
MSFHR ApplyNet
MSFHR requires applications to be submitted to MSFHR ApplyNet for the following funding awards:
Personnel Programs
Trainee Awards
Career Investigator Awards
Infrastructure Programs
Research Unit Awards
Team Start-up Awards
Team Planning Awards
At this time, no other MSFHR funding competitions require online application through MSFHR ApplyNet.
