Guidelines on Reporting MSFHR Team Planning Infrastructure Awards in the Common CV

The following standards are intended to assist current and previous recipients of MSFHR Team Planning infrastructure awards when filling out funding information in the Common CV.

The Funding section of the Common CV requires a list all funding awards, current, past and applications under review, applied for as an applicant or co-applicant. In addition to the fields found on the common screen, MSFHR requires additional information for those awards held within the past five years.

In the Common CV, MSFHR Team Planning Infrastructure Awards should be reported in the following manner:

MSFHR Team Planning Awards
Your role (Leader of Team) PI
(QHRs) Co-applicant
(AHRs should not report this award)
Name of PI J Doe
Title of project or research program (Name of Team) Health Benefits of Chocolate Study Team
Funding source or organization MSFHR
Program name Team Planning Infrastructure Award
Grant or Contract (G or C) G
Nature of funding (O, E, I, S, EG) I

For information on how to report other MSFHR Infrastructure Awards see the following sections:

Please note: Recipients of grants and awards issued directly by MSFHR-funded institutions, networks or platforms MUST NOT attribute those grants/awards to MSFHR as the funding source or organization.
