Sara Chadwick

I completed a PhD in Psychology and Women's Studies at the University of Michigan, where I used an integration of psychological and feminist theories and methodologies to study how people's sexual behaviors and experiences are shaped by gendered expectations. My research as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Victoria focuses on assessing how individual, interpersonal, and social factors shape associations between gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men's (gbMSM's) biomedical and condom strategy choices. This work aims to explore the complex decision-making processes that inform sexual safety practices.
