KT survey featured in Implementation Science

13 June 2014

This month, Implementation Science published "How funding agencies can support research use in healthcare: an online province-wide survey to determine knowledge translation needs", written by MSFHR’s Bev Holmes and Gayle Scarrow.

The article outlines the value of a recent online survey conducted by MSFHR to assess the knowledge translation (KT) training needs of researchers and research users as part of a provincial capacity-building effort. The research findings emphasize the importance of considering all aspects of KT in training opportunities, while taking into account different stakeholder interests.

The survey results contribute to MSFHR's overall goal to foster the implementation of health research into health practice and policy.
