Ging-Yuek (Robin) Hsiung

Dr. Ging-Yuek (Robin) Hsiung is an associate professor in the Division of Neurology at the University of British Columbia’s Department of Medicine, and staff neurologist at the UBC Hospital Clinic for Alzheimer and Related Disorders at the Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health and St. Paul’s Hospital.

Hsiung’s research interests include clinical and genetic epidemiology of Alzheimer disease and frontotemporal dementia, neuropsychological characteristics of cognitive disorders, the development of imaging and biomarker assessment tools to recognize the earliest phases of dementia, as well as translational research on neurological health and aging.

In 2017, he was the recipient of the Ralph Fisher Professorship from the Alzheimer Society of British Columbia.
