Dr. Nadia Fairbairn is an addiction medicine and general internal medicine specialist physician, assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia, and research scientist of the British Columbia Centre on Substance.
Fairbairn is an investigator on several observational or randomized clinical trials. Her research interests include the medical complications of addiction and substance use, prescription drug use and overdose risk, and knowledge translation of substance use research through community engagement, research, health promotion and education.
