Doug Enns appointed to MSFHR’s Board of Directors

MSFHR is pleased to announce the appointment of Doug Enns to its Board of Directors.

Enns has held executive positions with a number of organizations throughout his career, and brings significant experience as a leader and Board member.

Having come to BC to lead Pacific Coast Savings, which was recognized as one of Canada’s best managed companies, Enns later relocated to the UK as Managing Director of International Operations of Sanchez Computer Associates and led its market expansion in Europe and Asia.

Since returning to Canada, he has founded Upturn Consulting Ltd. and served as Chair of the Board of Worksafe BC, in addition to other board appointments. He is currently a Commissioner with the BC Utilities Commission.

Enns’ appointment was approved by the MSFHR Board at its September 27 meeting. The meeting also marked Dr. Joy Johnson’s appointment as vice chair (Steve Kinsey continues as a regular member), and the retirement of Dr. Nadine Caron who has served on the MSFHR Board since 2009. Caron’s 10 year contribution and lasting leadership will be sincerely missed.
