As Data Analyst, Olga is responsible for tracking, storing, mining and analyzing MSFHR funding data for use by evaluation, communications, stakeholder relations, and program development purposes. As a member of the Evaluation & Impact Analysis team, Olga works with all units across the Foundation to measure and report on MSFHR's impact as a health research funder.

Prior to joining MSFHR, Olga worked as a Data and Research Analyst for the Russian Federal Ministry of Education and Science, where she gained extensive experience creating meaningful stories using data and worked with stakeholders to enable them to use data in decision-making and policy development. She has a strong track record teaching and training others.

Olga holds a PhD in statistics and a master's degree in computer science from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Computer Science.
